Emergency same-day service is available on Saturday’s and the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Please note that service is not available on Sunday's.

 

How to Request Service on Saturday / Holidays:

To guarantee same-day service, orders must be placed on a Saturday or Holiday by 2 pm. Orders that are placed after 2 pm will be contacted for service on the next business day. If your order for Emergency service is placed before 2 pm, we will confirm that we have received your order and are on the way. 

 

Our experienced technicians are prepared to fix a variety of non-working cover issues that may prevent the cover from opening or closing. CoverSafe will help to ensure that your pool is useable and not a potential safety hazard. In the event that additional repairs are required, we will open or close your pool cover to your preference and contact you on the next business day to schedule a follow-up repair. 

 

This includes 1 hour of service. Any additional hours will be billed at $225 / hour, or $55 / 15 mins increments. One hour of travel time is included in the pricing - additional travel charges may apply if the service location is more than 1 hour from a CoverSafe Service Center location. 

 

In some cases, a second visit may be necessary to complete the scope of work. If another visit is needed, you will be charged for the Emergency Saturday service call at the time of the original visit. On the next business day, a member of the Coversafe customer care team will contact you to review the additional work needed.
